Catherine Peters

Bio

Catherine Peters is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, which is a fancy way of saying she helps people transform themselves and their lives in ways that bring them more of what they want and less of what they don’t.

After a long and successful career creating multiple businesses and traveling the world, Catherine faced burnout on an epic level. A breast cancer diagnosis in 2018 changed the trajectory of her life and demanded that rest and self-care become a priority. In her search to heal herself and her life, she answered a long-time calling to help others as well. She has been on a mission ever since to help her high-achieving clients restructure their lives in ways that feel delicious and nourishing to their bodies, minds and souls.

Catherine lives in Denver, Colorado with her amazing husband, two wayward mutts and a cat that drools. When she’s not helping her clients get incredible results, you can find her beating back the pet hair that threatens to overtake her home and her sanity.

Catherine loves helping high achievers identify ways to get more results with less effort, and as such, napping is one of her favorite self-care strategies. She is so passionate about this simple, powerful practice that she has created a workshop called The Untapped Power of the Nap.
